SEN / Specialist 1:1 Teaching Assistant fixed term from September 2019.
The Music Federation which includes Low Road Primary and Windmill Primary Schools has an excellent reputation for meeting the needs of pupils with complex special educational needs, including Autism.
We are looking to employ 2 experienced, specialist teaching assistant to support and meet the needs of pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, within a main stream setting. You will be required to work 34 hours per week, 8.00am to 3.30pm (term time only).
Experience of working with pupils with complex needs and / or experience of working within a specialist setting would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
The successful candidate will be required to work predominantly within Key Stage 1 based at either the Low Road or Windmill site.
